Short business visits (meetings, conferences, negotiations – not paid work) follow the same route as a holiday, because the official source covers business visits (Tourism, business). Georgian passport holders need a Philippine temporary visitor visa before travel – apply at a Philippine embassy/consulate, or online via the e-Visa portal where it is offered for your citizenship.
Conditions
- Apply for a 9(a) temporary visitor visa at a Philippine embassy or consulate, or online at evisa.gov.ph if available for your citizenship (the portal shows eligibility and fee by country).
- e-Visa processing: 7–12 working days (single entry), 15–21 working days (multiple entry); e-Visas cannot be converted and the stay cannot be extended on an e-Visa.
- Passport valid at least 6 months beyond departure; a visa does not guarantee admission.
- Register on eTravel (etravel.gov.ph) within 72 hours before arrival – it is free (no payment is ever collected); show the QR code to the airline before boarding.
