Business visit: No visa needed – stay set on arrival
Short business visits (meetings, conferences, negotiations – not paid work) follow the same route as a holiday, because the official source covers business visits (Visit / tourism / business visit). Guinean passport holders do not need a visa for Singapore. The length of stay is decided at the checkpoint and shown on the e-Pass.
