Business visits to Serbia

Not verified yet (not yet covered). We haven't verified the business rules for Japanese passport holders, and we don't publish rules we haven't checked against an official source. A rule that is awaiting verification or not yet covered is not a negative visa decision: it only means we haven't confirmed it on an official source yet. Until then, see mfa.gov.rs.

Common tourist traps

  1. Pickpockets at airports, transport and service stations

How it works: Pickpockets work tourist areas, airports, public transport and motorway service stations; criminals may assume foreigners carry lots of cash.

How to avoid it: Keep valuables secure and don't carry large amounts of cash.

  2. Unregistered taxis

How it works: Only registered taxis show a municipal registration number next to the cab number.

How to avoid it: Use registered taxis or call a radio taxi instead of hailing one.
